CAD / BIM Platform Compatibility and System Requirements
A unified reference for supported host platform versions, operating systems, hardware requirements, and licensing deployment options per product.
Host platform mapping
- Drawing Nester / Drawing Publisher / PMI Reviewer / Assembly Architect: Creo Parametric plugins released with host versions.
- Sheet Metal Nester / Pressure Vessel Designer: Creo Parametric plugins that leverage the host's sheet metal and parametric modeling capabilities.
- IFC Editor / IFC Compare / IFC Takeoff: Standalone desktop apps that read IFC files directly, with no host CAD dependency.
- TRIZ Studio: Standalone desktop app with no host CAD dependency.
Operating system and hardware
- Operating system: Windows 10 / 11. Plugin availability is also limited by the host CAD platform's support range.
- Memory: 16 GB recommended as a starting point; 32 GB for batches exceeding 100 sheets or large IFC models.
- Storage: Batch output creates many intermediate PDF/PLT files; allocate dedicated disk space for the output directory.
- Display: Review visual layout at 1920×1080 resolution or higher.
Licensing and deployment
Licenses are assigned per engineering seat and support both standalone and network floating modes. For specific version requirements, deployment topology, and offline activation conditions, request the relevant product's deployment guide via the Contact page.
